Fitness Freak.You don't have to go,fast you just have to go!!!

 


 In life our mind in whatever we set ourselves to do automatically goes fast!
Say you want to work out, We give ourselves a Goal to reach, Even if we don't say we're going to, Cause that's how it works, We say it's just, To be fit and Healthy ,But if that was the case, If it was just for that, 

We wouldn't have to set our

Goal so high!!

We would start out slow!! We would give our bodys, the time it needs Our mind the time it need's to fully process, those new movements!! To gain new strength, Other wise  we burn out, without the Strength our bodys need to  keep going, we put ourselves in a, 

 Hyperventilation MODE!!!


In stead of telling our bodys, You can  do it, You got this!!! We're saying try harder,  We should always give ourselves the time we need to, Regroup,  And Cultivate those thoughts and Idea's. Forcing
ourselves into a new move, is like forcing a baby to walk , If we want to accomplish thing's, We need to let go of, Our control, Our Force.

The Greatist Accomplishment is, that of the mind


I Have Cerebral palsy, and vertigo, I fall down easily,  And before I  started doing Yoga again, I  had to really deal,  With the Fear of my, Matt. And my mind, That was telling me I couldn't, cause I'll only fall down more.

They keep moving forward and making new trysts with life, and the motion of it keeps them young. In my opinion, they are the only people who are still alive. You must be constantly on your guard against congealing.”

Congealing means; Take shap' to form a satisfying whole. If we tall ourselves Constantly we're not doing enough, Or try harder; We become not enough in our mind; and we keep pushing ourselves, To be better, And do better, Accomplish more then what our body can take at a time with no spaces between those accomplishments' we fail to understand when we accomplish something big, it seems small now? We fail to recognize


Staying in the 'Keep doing better mindset' Keeps us from  truly learning,  We're saying we know it all. but we didn't do Good at it all The first, Go, at it. So we keep trying to do better then, We did yesterday!!!!


But tell yourself you, Got this!! you can do it,


Keep on telling your body, Good job!!  giving time,  and seting your mind at ease.. With  the Right mindset we can accomplish much... So take it Easy!!   You, got, This
