''Loved in Return''
We love based on feelings and emotions.
We need to change why we love.. why not love based on feelings and emotions?
Simply because we're humans. We change our feelings and emotions all the time. But God gives us a very good reason to love..
1 John 4:9–11
In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us.
There's nothing wrong with loving someone.
The question is why you love and how you love?
If you love based on feelings and emotions, or if you love anyone or anything more then your Father God you're getting nowhere... so love the way God loves.
You can't love correctly without the love of your Father. To love God is different then to love anything other.. Nor will you really love God, if you're loving anything more then God.
Lets face it we all need Gods love, in order to love!!!To love and to be loved in return..... If you love God you're loved in return
And if you truly love God, you'll be able to love even the unlovable. To know God is to love God.
But no.... I'm not gonna waste your time talking about love... I have better things to do!
Like... waste your time talking about how you can show God's love!
Everyone says "God loves you"... It's the most common thing to say!
Hey, "God loves you"!......... Nice to know.
Now I'm not saying there's anything wrong with saying "God loves you".....obviously not.
But....
Most of the people we say "God loves you" to already know that..... yeah it's good to be reminded that "God loves you"! I'm not saying it isn't.
But if that's all we can say about God....we may have a problem. No not may?? We do... You see God's love is extravagant....You can't really explain it in three little words.
It's not that simple..."God loves you"........ Yeah ok... bye..!
Now if we could say "God loves you" then start talking about how God gave his one and only son to die for you...
And talk about how they can gain eternal life!! Now that's what I'm talking about!
We are given the opportunity to be more then ordinary people.......so I challenge you to be more then just ordinary people.
Say "God loves you"..then show them how much God loves them.
Anyone can say it.. but not everyone is willing to show it......
It takes a person to say it.. but it takes Christ in that Person to show it!
And I guarantee if you just forget about everything and just let Christ in you take over... nothing is inpossible!
